Before we contact any lender, we work with each client to complete a workout agreement that includes an authorization form, personal financial statement, hardship letter, a certificate of credit counseling, and any other documentation that may be needed.

By the time we contact the lender’s loss mitigation department, we will have collected all necessary documentation and have informed the homeowners of all their options.

Finally, we make sure the homeowners are aware of the importance of saving and accumulating as much money as possible to apply towards a potential work out resolution.
