Wesoloski Carlson, P.A. debtor/creditor law practice grew out of the Firm’s real estate law practice.  As a result of the present downturn in the residential real estate market, more and more transactions involved a real property seller in foreclosure.  Now Wesoloski Carlson, P.A. represents debtors in foreclosure all over the State of Florida.  The Firm assists individuals to find a solution to the foreclosure litigation, either by negotiating the terms of reinstatement or forbearance with the client’s lender or by negotiating the terms of a sale with the client’s lender.  The Firm also assists its clients with bankruptcy in cases where a bankruptcy filing is appropriate.
