Elizabeth Del Rio-Henrich is an associate in the Loan Work-out Practice Group. She concentrates her practice primarily on residential lending, loan modifications, loss mitigation, short sales and foreclosure defense.

During law school, Elizabeth served as Vice-President of Hispanic Law Student Association and Treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. She engaged in numerous pro-bono activities, and participated in community outreach during the devastating hurricane season of 2005 and 2006.

Selected Experience:
• Successfully negotiated numerous short sale transactions.
• Advised clients on the potential tax consequences of loan work-outs.
• Executed title searches, title commitments, and closing documents for sale transactions.
• Served as a financial analyst for small telecommunications firm and reconstructed company’s   finances.
