John Montesano is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. His practice is concentrated in condo deposit transactions and foreclosure defense.
Mr. Montesano graduated cum laude from Florida International University College of Law in May 2007, where he was a Greenberg Traurig Scholar. While in law school, Mr. Montesano clerked at Carrillo & Carrillo, P.A., where he actively participated in personal injury cases. He also worked as a law clerk with Lillesand & Associates, P.A., where he focused on guardianship.
Moreover, Mr. Montesano was a student attorney at the FIU College of Law Community Development Clinic, and the FIU College of Law Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic. After graduating from FIU College of Law, Mr. Montesano worked at Koch & Trushin.
