Daira F. Vaello is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department where her practice focuses on foreclosure defense and landlord-tenant eviction matters in both the litigation and transaction contexts.

Ms. Vaello started her law school career at the Interamerican University School of Law in Puerto Rico.  While at Interamerican University, she earned a merit scholarship each term, was on the Dean’s List, and received an invitation to become a member of the Law Review.  During this time, she clerked at Martinez, Odell & Calabria, where she worked primarily on corporate, civil litigation, and environmental matters.

After her first year of law school at Interamerican University School of Law in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Ms. Vaello transferred to the University Of Miami School Of Law where she was a member of the Hispanic Law Student Association.  She received a Dean’s Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement in State and Local Government (2006).  Ms. Vaello is fluent in Spanish.
